Booking Settings
Under “Booking Settings” on the Teacher main dashboard, there are two options: Manual Confirmation and Automatic Confirmation.
• Manual Confirmation: The teacher must approve each lesson request before it is confirmed.
• Automatic Confirmation: Lessons are confirmed instantly when a student books. The teacher can set a lead time (12, 6, 2, or 1 hour), which determines how soon before the lesson a booking can be made.

Date/Time Change & Cancellation
• A lesson’s date and time can be changed only if more than 24 hours remain before the scheduled start.
• A lesson can be canceled only if more than 24 hours remain before the scheduled start.
▸ If a student cancels within this timeframe, the lesson is canceled immediately.

Lesson Packages
Lesson packages are valid for 6 months and automatically expire after that period. Any unused lessons will no longer be accessible once the 6 months have passed.
If a student does not schedule all lessons within the package, the value of the remaining unused lessons will be split 50:50 between the teacher and the Scolingo platform.

Refund Policy
Scolingo does not issue refunds to users’ bank accounts. If a lesson is canceled, the student will receive Scolingo credit added to their balance.
If a teacher does not attend the lesson or another issue occurs that requires a refund, the student will also receive Scolingo credit.
This policy is in accordance with Scolingo’s Terms and Conditions and cannot be processed differently.
