In this course you will learn the entire sound system, learn pronunciation and how to read Latin script. If you choose to you can also learn Cyrillic script. I will walk you through all cases (forms of nouns with endings like Objective or Possessive case in English) and explain them clearly, helping you remember endings through associations and creating mind maps. We will also do present, past and future tenses. However, most importantly you will speak from the very first class and every class you will be able to produce more sentences. We will think of real life situations and focus your learning process on your specific needs. I am a very ambitious teacher and I will give you a slight push to speak my language quickly and well! You got acquainted with our language but now you are wondering how to improve your conversational skills and learn a bit more about the word order and all those exceptions you keep running into? In that case this is your next step. In this course we study all the intricacies of spoken and shortened forms of verbs and verb aspect, we go through common sound changes and irregular nouns and their use. I will also help you extend vocabulary and speaking by teaching you comparatives and superlatives as well as to compare and use modal verbs (like can, must ...in English). The materials will include games, vocabulary mind maps and music that will help you feel relaxed and speaking will become pleasurable and eventually easy!
